"These are great people to deal with. They are helpful, don't pressure you, and don't charge your card until an order is shipped. They also have a great return policy.
After placing my order and receiving a confirmation, they called to say the item (a Sony 52 inch XBR4 TV) was back-ordered and would not be available until after Christmas. They put me on a priority wait list and said that I could cancel any time. Eventually I found another supplier who could deliver before Christmas and cancelled my order.
They were extremely pleasant throughout the process, even my cancellation. I would buy again from these folks in a heartbeat."
"Very happy with my new TV. Because the Bright & Sleek website didn't reveal whether the TV was in stock, I called to check. It wasn't in stock yet. The B&S salesperson told me the big chain stores (Best Buy, etc.) would get units before the smaller, internet stores. I ordered anyway because they had the lowest price and free shipping (!). About 10 days later I noticed B&S charged my credit card, but I hadn't received an email. I was supposed to have received notice of shipping and the corresponding tracking number (via AIT Deferred). When I sent an email asking for an explanation, they told me they were waiting for a tracking number from the shipper. (B&S is in Florida, the shipper is in New York (or was it New Jersey?)). The next day I received one email apology and another with the shipping notice and tracking number. It took about 7 days to arrive. The TV was pristine, factory sealed, and it works well. I would order from these people again."
