"I needed to replace a flashlight my husband had owned for many years. Our basement recently flooded and we had many workers in our home and somehow his flashlight disappeared. "I placed my order and it shipped the 17th of December. I figured it would have been here by Christmas but it is not. I understand you probably have no control over this because of the influx of holiday shipments using the usps but I would recommend using ups or fedex which can handle the demand of deliveries this time of year. At this point I have nothing to review and I have no clue when my package will be here. So as of now my dad gets no gift on Christmas Day and I have no clue when my package will be here as usps is only an automated call and only tells me the same thing my email tracking says. "
