"I am truly disappointed with Brideslee.com. I received the dress that I have ordered via the website 2 weeks ago. To my disappointment the workmanship of the dress is very bad, and it doesn't fit my body even I have given them the correct size. I have sent a photo to them and ask if I can return or exchange for a new one. Till date, I have yet to receive email from them.

If Brideslee is not planning to response to my email, I would love the share my this indecent shopping experience with the public.

"I wanted to write you about my order.


I was very disappointed. First of all, the dress was not Royal Blue but Navy
Blue (which by the way is my least favorite color). It did not look at all like the chart.

-The fit was terrible. I gave the correct measurements of my breast and the
seamstress put the breast area way up to high. Also, when putting the dress
on they squash my breast!
-The straps were also too short.
-And last but far from least the lining hung over the inside bottom of the hem.

I have taken the dress to a professional seamstress so she can try to alter it.
She has had to remove the rhinestone and tear parts of the dress apart to redo.

I had spent a lot of money with your organization and will not refer anyone to brideslee
In the future.

"NOT A SCAM...
I had already purchased but not received my dress when I read the previous two reviews and my heart sank. I worried myself sick that the site didnt even exist let alone what I would receive, But this is my experience-
Two weeks after paying for my dress I received it so I was very surprised at the quick turn over. Yes it came in a small package (duh free postage) so it IS wrinkled (nothing a coat hanger or a steam/dry clean wont fix), sure it has some things I want to fix up, the occasional loose strand of stitching etc. I will also be replacing the petticoat & tulle for something more comfier as that is too synthetic for my liking. But overall Im very happy with it. The detail on the bodice is even better than the picture and is embroidered straight onto the bodice, its perfect & the fit is perfect to my custom measurements, which is what matters most.
I wasnt expecting a $10,000 dress for $200 but I definitely feel it was money well spent. If I had the money I would have been happy paying over $1000 for my dress in a shop. Maybe others havent had such a great result but I'm glad I took the risk. My only advise, leave plenty of time so you can do your alterations (or find another supplier if worst comes to worst) but dont fret over others negative reviews, you cant please everyone.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE SHOP!!!! This is the worse company you will have to deal with....I purchased a dress and tiara from their online shop and the tiara arrived broken and the dress dirty, damaged, too small and was so poorly tailored it's not fit for anything.

I contacted the customer service about the problem and they ask for pictures which I sent, but they said that they can not do anything about it and all they want to offer is $20.00 refund. Now what will I do with 20.00 when I paid 300.00 for this product.

This cause so much emotional stress because I have to scramble to find a dress for my special day.

"Summary : A wedding dress was ordered from Brideslee.com on 8th April 2012 . We gave each details about the size . We paid 195.37 dollars including the express post . The dress turned up in a small packet that we didn't have a clue that it could be a wedding dress. Absolutely terribly it was packed . The receipt on the packet said it was a skirt, SCAM 1 . The value for the item was written as 35 dollars , SCAM 2 . The dress was soooooo different from the dress was shown on their web site , SCAM 3 . The quality was terrible . The fabric was a kind of fabric that you wouldn't mop the floor . The bids got broken, the stitches were r?pped cos of the terrific package . There was marks on the dress , like highlighter, SCAM 3 . The dress was the way too big , no chance for it to fit me .No alterations would be a solution to fix that dress . NIGHTMARE , NIGHTMARE , NIGHTMARE !!! I still keep the photos , the receipt and the package as proof . If you wanna see them , please let me know as writing a comment here , so I can send an email in no time . They buggered my special week before our wedding day which was on 12th. May/2012 as I had just less than one week to find a wedding dress , so stressful moments that I don't wanna remember AT ALL . I HATE THEM .

About the reviews on resellerratings ,the I personally hope that you could delete or modify it because, as you see, I am making every effort to do what I can do to make you satisfied and offer you the best solution if possible, thank you for your understanding.
