"I would like to say that the service center in South Florida was unhelpful. I called many times before I got to speak to someone. When I finally got through to someone.... they put me on hold and never came back to the phone(After waiting about 25 mins). I hung up and called again. I got through to someone after 15 minutes or so. I spoke to someone and gave them my info but they said the computers were down. 2 days later I received a phone call from the tech to let me know he was coming the next morning. I was confused because I never scheduled an appt with the service center. Well... If it wasnt for the tech guy Alex... I would of not been a happy camper. He was so nice and helpful! He had mention the issues with my tv and made the order for the part. He was quick and to the point. Great Tech (#67 Alex).
