"Do not use this company for website design!!!! They have been working on our company website since the beginning on April with our initial deadline for launch in June. We submit content and corrections. We do not hear from anyone for up to a week at a time, and then when the corrections finally do come back they aren't complete, and the corrections they have made almost always cause other areas of the website to fall apart. They do not proof anything, they just send it back with a minimal amount of effort and don't seem to care when they receive constant complaints (from both me, and the VP of our company) about the time things are taking and the lack of professionalism in the work they have been providing. So, here we are, almost mid-September and still no website. "

"Shared my ideas with the project manager and was given several drafts of very generic uninspired logos, waited several days in between revisions only to receive very poor quality designs. Alex Roman was my project manager and assured me that if i was not satisfied i would receive a full refund (they tell you this as well when you call and speak to sales before ordering) I finally decided after a few weeks of waiting and no designs that were up to professional standards that i would ask for a refund. Alex and his manager both got on the phone with me trying to throw in free upgrades but i refused and asked for a full refund. I was told that my refund request was being forwarded to the billing department on 3/11/2014 and have not heard anything since, nor received a refund. "

They were also happy to make several changes, some of them very minor and fussy. They were always very accommodating, and we ended up with a logo design that we are extremely happy with! "All their reviews on here are obviously written by them. They are scammers plain and simple. They looked legit so I forked over $150. A couple days later I get some very basic logo ideas. 6 out of 10 were obvious throwaways that nobody spend more than a couple minutes "designing". The other 4 were ok but unimaginative. I gave some critiques and a couple days later I received a few more uninspiring revised logos but they did not listen to 90% of my requests. A few days later I get another revision that they did not follow directions on. I asked them to please listen to my requests. I got a disrespectful response. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund my money but three weeks later no refund and they quit responding to my emails. Their company name is really Logo Bench, google them and you'll see there are plenty of angry customers they ripped off. Soon enough they will shut down Brandedlogodesigns.com and put up a new company and keep scamming. "

"Branded logo designs has been the biggest waste of money! They asked for a sample of something I had in mid for my business. I sent it to them. I received the logo's to choose from, 3 of the ten logos was my exact sample with different colors and fonts! Everything else I received was mediocre at best. I have had to do my owe design everyday telling them exactly what to do. I have asked on several occasions for a refund as I have done the work for them and they refuse to honor their refund policy. I have since hired a professional to do my logo. Stay away from this outfit!!!!! "
