"They shipped relatively quickly. The prices were pretty good as was the shipping. Not a bad retailer.

My one issue was that one of the batteries I ordered was not shipped (even though it said so on the packing slip). Instead, a different battery, that I can't use, was shipped and with most vendors it is normally more effort than it is worth to exchange a small item (ER-P510 instead of the ER-P110).

That said, I was quite impressed by how Brand Name Batteries responded when they learned about the mistake and really wanted to put things right with me and support a worthy national non-profit in the process. Good job BNB! "
