"This company is a scam. I ordered a cell phone for my daughter's birthday. It ended up being out of stock and they kept my $70 they took off my debit card. Been e-mailing them and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are theives."

"Horrible customer service. Ordered a product that did not function at all. Emailed them, took forever to get a reply, then when I finally got a reply, they wanted me to pay out of pocket to return the defective item. DO NOT order from these people! If you get a defective product, which is likely from other peoples reviews, you will not get a replacement. There are plenty of other reputable merchants out there who actually value there customers."

"I was a little apprehensive of Braigo.com after reading the reviews. I ordered the Logitech MK520 wireless keyboard/mouse combo. I emailed them before ordering to ensure the product was in stock (after reading reviews) and was brand new due to low price. I received a very prompt same-day response and was ensured the product was in stock and brand new. I took the plunge and ordered it. My order shipped the next day and was received within 3 days. Last, I'm not exactly sure if the keyboard/mouse combo was brand new, but it appears new enough and works great. Batteries are supposed to be included but were missing (not a deal breaker), some of the screws on the keyboard showed noticeable wear/slight stripping, and the Unifying receiver was already paired to a K800 keyboard (this combo comes with a K520 keyboard). Still a little skeptical about Braigo, but for the great price, fast shipping, and functionality of the keyboard/mouse combo, I would order from them again."

"Very happy w/ my purchase from Braigo.

In the market for a Plantronics Voyager Pro Bluetooth Headset,
they had a killer price -- half usual retail. It clearly stated that it did not have retail packaging, and you'd have to get the manual online. No problemo, just gimme the goods! I ordered, and while it took a few days to fulfill the order, I received it on good time, about a week. The item appears new, works great, and I'm very happy -- such a great price that a less than lightening delivery time is fine with me!

"Purchased a mouse pad through braigo on 9/8/11...site looks a little on the low end side but decided to give it a shot...Ordered a 9/8/11 and after a week and a half item still said pending...I eamailed them and 3 days later no response. I emailed them again and finally got a response saying item is out of stock and they would refund my money...Overall i would not deal with them again, they might have lower prices but its not worth the hassle or having to do follow ups. "

"On April 16, I ordered an mp3 player as a gift. It was the best price I could find online. It immediately showed a status of "pending", and when it stayed that way for several days I contacted them via their website. No response. Then I tried again. No response. Finally the third time I SHOUTED. I got an immediate reply with an apology. They shipped my order the next day. When it didn't show up on time I contacted them again via ****@****. Got immediate replies, even late at night. Eventually I got my order, as it turned out to be a post office delay. All in all I am pretty happy with Braigo."

"I can confirm that Braigo is terrible to do business with. I placed an order on April 11 and as I write this, my order still has not shipped. It's status is 'pending' as it has remained all week.

I can't find anyway to contact them either as I've exhausted all my emailing attempts.

"Can Briago be considered an actual company if their products and customer service are nonexistent? During the two weeks of my order being listed as Pending, I sent two unanswered messages to customer service, received no reply, ordered the same product off Ebay, and received it. Briago finally cancelled my order due to the product being out of stock. The product is still listed as if it is in stock. The company has no contact information and no phone number. I found a phone number for a company called Briago, but it is a wrong number. Any good reviews for Briago are clearly written by employees. What an embarrassment - this "store" should not be listed in product search results as it serves no function to consumers."

"What a joke. I ordered earbuds and waited and waited and waited. I contacted them three times and heard nothing about why my order was pending or when it would be resolved. Finally, after the fourth time contacting them, I hear that my order was cancelled because the item was out of stock. My order is still listed as pending on the website, but whatever.

This shopping experience was just a huge pain in the ass and I recommend anyone to stay well clear of Braigo.com.

"I have been waiting to see if this company actually has the part that I order in stock. I firmly dought it, due to most other places did not have it in stock either. My order has been pending for days now. I contacted my credit card company to deny any charges from Braigo.com. I hope they go out of business."
