"I ordered tickets through Box Office Ticket Sales and no where in the listing did it say the seats had limited view. As soon as I received them and saw this info on the ticket I requestioned a refund. I called customer service (no help at all and it was obvious that the person hated their job) and was told I would have to send an email. I did that immediately and it has now been over a week and I have not heard back from them. "

Then, despite laying my $10, I never received an email (checked my junk mail, refreshed multiple times, etc). So, I called the phone number provided only to never talk to an actual person, just an automated message, who was unable to resolve the issue of getting my email with my tickets sent to me. The fact that I paid $10 for a delivery fee of something that was never actually sent to me, as well as not even be able to reach a human who could help me is incredibly frustrating & I will not be using this vendor again."
