"I had a few initial problems at first with the 12+1 month free European Xbox Live code I purchased from Boxed Deal. When I made my purchase the item on there website was showing as instock, but after a few days of not receiving a code in my email from them, I contacted them through the sites online support, where I spoke to Mark who explained to me that the item was currently out of stock. He did however offer me a short term solution of a 1 month code, which enabled me to get back online again, until they received more stock of European codes. I was asked to wait a few days to a week, and if I had not received it in my email by then, then I was to get back in touch with there online support again, which I have just done.
I was put in contact with Mark again through the sites online support facility, who promptly gave me a code for the remaining 12 months of my 13 month purchase. The code went in 1st time with no problems.

I have been using Boxed Deal for my Xbox Live Subscriptions for around 3 or 4 years now, I have also recommended them to my friends for there Xbox Live Subscriptions.
Apart from this recent purchase, I have only ever had 1 other problem in the past from Boxed Deal when I was emailed an invalid code, which was promptly replaced with a working valid code, again after contacting the online support.

I would recommend Boxed Deal to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to Microsofts current "SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICE" of £35 for the U.K. for a 12 month Xbox Live subscription. At the end of the day, the £/$ better in your pocket than in Microsofts. These codes will also work in the rest of Europe as well as the U.S.A.
Although Boxed Deal like any other website, can have it's problems with codes etc, I have always found there customer service to be excellent and any problems I have had recently or in the past have always been quickly remedied to my satisfaction. Hope this review helps you decide."
