"Please forward to the owner of this business. I called earlier today and spoke with a girl who was being trained by some guy who was speaking in the background. When I tried to explain my requirements to the new girl, the guy in the background was very rude. She was trying to ask me some questions and the guy just interrupted her and responded for her to me in a rude way. He didn't even introduce himself and let me know he was there to assist her. I then tried to give my measurements the best I could to the new girl and the rude guy in the background responded yet again in a rude way saying "That doesnt even make any sense!". As the CEO of my own company, if this was my employee I would fire him immediately for treating potential customers that way. I'm still 50/50 on whether or not to do business with your company. The only reason there is still a 50% chance is because I called back and got excellent help from Patty. If you would like to know who this rude employee of yours is, please ask her.
