When I tried to explain my requirements to the new girl, the guy in the background was very rude. She was trying to ask me some questions and the guy just interrupted her and responded for her to me in a rude way. He didn't even introduce himself and let me know he was there to assist her. I then tried to give my measurements the best I could to the new girl and the rude guy in the background responded yet again in a rude way saying "That doesnt even make any sense!". As the CEO of my own company, if this was my employee I would fire him immediately for treating potential customers that way. I'm still 50/50 on whether or not to do business with your company.
