"Be careful with this company and all their hidden charges. They also offer free shipping over $50, but you won't find that out until AFTER you check out. And if you want to cancel your order, or add more items to get free shipping it's a $5 charge, sort of negates the free shipping. "Purchased 3 items 2 were broken. Their return policy is a non-existent joke. I contacted the mfg. for replacement parts for broken items. Also, ordered a chair for blind and Don't like it, it is not comfortable so asked for return instructions as it is still in original packaging and reply was oh sorry too bad we dont do returns. "After making a $40 purchase, I received an email from the owner of this establishment asking me to confirm several details that I had just confirmed in the payment process. Since I am busy at work preparing several other client gifts, this was inconvenient but I kindly sent what they wanted and asked if they needed anything further. I did not receive a response so I emailed again that I needed confirmation of where they would be shipping it now that they had confused me with their questions and asked why this was becoming so complicated. His reply was very curt and rude so I called the store to see if there was an owner there and that's when I realized he had been the jerk on the other end the whole time. He cancelled my order because he was embarrassed and didn't like being put on the spot that you can't talk to customers like this.
If his products are half as bad as his attitude, this place is the worst."
"Backordered item that said it was in stock, and didn't receive it without any notification. Other product was wrong color, despite every picture of stuff from the same company was black. Emailed them about it and they issued a refund for the backordered without acknowledging the wrong colored item. Went to login to my account and it was suspended by them. Got another email about the wrong colored and they Told me that if opened, I couldn't, and if not, I would have to pay shipping and $10 restocking fee. Also, they went back and changed the description of only the one I purchased to say color may vary?
Bar none, the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. That's in-person and online. They really took it to another level. Go somewhere else with your hard-earned money. "

"Purchased a saunders pro wrist rocket from them. The item arrived without the bands. I was told that saunders would be sending the missing part. More than two weeks have passed and i have no bands. This was my first and last purchase with bow hunting outlet. They should check their product before sending it out. Very disappointed!"
"I ordered an AMS bowfishing Pro-reel from their website. They sent me the standatd reel and would not exchange it. They wanted me to pay return shipping plus 25% restocking fee before any refund. They blamed manufacturers stock photos for the error and never sent me return instructions as promised. I overpaid for the product I received. Don't buy from these people. "

The price was the lowest I could find on the internet. The item was exactly the model and color I was looking to purchase. I had previously searched other sites that had higher prices and less selection for the item I was seeking. Although some sites boasted about their free shipping, their over-all price was still higher than Bowhunting Outlet in the end. It would be really cool if Bowhunting Outlet decided to maintain their low competitive pricing and also offer free shipping!!! As a newly won customer, I will keep my fingers crossed about that. Bowhunting Outlet was super fast when it came to shipping my purchase. They also had great communication. I would not hesitate to shop from them again and again!
