"I would never normally order something from a site with no stock - but their feedback was so good, that I took a chance (Maxtor Notebook 320 gig Hard drive) as the whole internet was sold out after Christmas. I was not disappointed. Their customer service has been very good and they did a nice job keeping me informed of what was going on. I LOVE the ability to check when they expect to see stock (and from where - with a listing of when their vendors are expecting stock) - this makes all the difference in the world! I can wait for something when I see the big picture.
