Thin cheap bubbler mailer was ripped/damaged and this BRAND NEW screen had a corner completely crushed. It was WAY TOO HEAVY to ship in such a cheap/thin bubble mailer. Ship in a box, or use and adequate padded mailer, and wrap the item in bubble wrap if it is this heavy! #Failure "
