BookPal had great prices and prompt service when I ordered 500 books, however, there was a MAJOR misprint in the books (not BookPal's fault, likely the publisher's) and they have failed to respond to my questions. With 20% of our books misprinted - there 40 pages are duplicated AND a 30 pages of a different book are printed - we were really hoping for prompt attention to the issue and that has not happened."
