"I recently bought a battery online because the price was so good, but later received an email encouraging me to call for a different battery which had a better warranty. I called and was told the battery I bought would have to be ordered so I asked about the price of the “better” battery which just happened to be in stock. Surprise, surprise. Funny thing was the parts guy couldn’t tell me the price and suggested I visit the Toyota site to get the price. I told him to just cancel my order. What a terrible way to treat s paying customer. I went and bought a better battery with a better warranty elsewhere. I won’t be going to Toyota or Bommarito ever again."
