"I placed 2 different orders 10 days ago and they haven't been shipped. I chose standard USPS delivery which they claim to be 2-7 days. I emailed them 6 days after I placed my order since I hadn't gotten any email confirming shipping and they said they hadn't shipped my order out yet because 2 of the items I ordered were unavailable for shipping. Those 2 items were on the same order, no issues with items on my other order, but they didn't send that order out either. They responded to my email that they would get my other items sent out which was 4 days ago and neither of my orders have been shipped yet. I sent them another email and a message on Facebook asking where my orders are and they won't respond now. They said they would give me a store credit for the 2 items apparently unavailable for shipping, but I asked for a refund instead since these 2 orders are already taking too long. I haven't received my refund yet. I don't recommend Body candy."
"I contacted customer service about a billing issue about my payment total being incorrect and not the amount that I authorized, and they emailed me back saying my order has been sent to the warehouse already and they can't fix the total, or cancel my order.
I had to open a dispute with my bank as a result."
"I ordered "6mm 8mm 9mm Pink Metallic Rose Stud Earrings Set" which are a set of small studs. Even if used in the most extreme conditions there's no reason they should have fallen apart, aside from cheap quality. I'd say I got what I paid for, but even at only 4.99+ tax it was a rip off.

"I've used bodycandy for a few years. They don't have the highest quality belly rings, even in the higher price bracket. I ordered the "Handcrafted Genuine Austrian Crysal Crystal Rose Venetian Classic Belly Ring" along with a couple other rings. I ended up wearing another ring before using this one. When I did put it on, two days later the dangle broke off. The wire is just too thin to carry the weight. Since I wore my other ring first, it was past the return date.
I wrote a review on their website and even posted a picture showing what happened. When I clicked submit, I was surprised to see that it had to be approved before it was posted. Of course, it was never approved!
If you're going to offer to have reviews on your website - don't just put the positive ones up - that's so low!!"

"Shipping was fast, quality was to be expected (not great). Site does not specify if jewelry is internally or externally threaded, though you can tell by the low prices that it is externally threaded. Otherwise no complaints."
