This is crap. I'll never buy it again.

"I'm very, very disappointed not only with this brand, but with AT&T for selling a product they should know doesn't work. I've had iPhones for the past 5 or so years and recently (within two weeks) switched to a Galaxy Note8. This screen protector was the one AT&T recommended to me. I bought the privacy glass one, they put it on for me, and I brought it home. Literally the day after I brought my phone home I dropped it and the protector popped off! I was so thankful it didn't break but seriously mortified it just popped off like nothing. I went to AT&T and they told me in order to replace it, I have to go through the website. I decided I'd just buy a new one that day and order my replacement for later. This time I bought the non-privacy glass one, thinking it was just because the privacy glass was not as high a quality as the regular. (And, mind you, this is the screen protector the AT&T representative said he used and had had no issues with.) The representative told me I have to be careful within the first 24 hours for the adhesive to completely bond to the phone. I thought fine, maybe it was defective or it was my fault. I brought it home. Now, a week later, I drop it again and it pops off AGAIN. I was thinking about trying to order my replacement, but not only do you have to pay the shipping for the new protector, but you have to pay the shipping to send the broken one back! And if you don't send the broken one back, they'll charge you in FULL for the replacement! I'm so mad with this brand and AT&T for recommending this product that clearly doesn't work. Having had 2 different protectors of two different varieties from the same brand, I know I'm the rule not the exception. I'll never be buying this brand again and I'm never going to recommend it. Don't waste your money. I'll be going back to AT&T, too, to see about getting refunded for BOTH my purchases I made in support of them."

Horrible !!!!!!

"The first one I wanted to blame the AT&T representative, because it fell off my phone within 2 days then it cracked. I ordered a replacement, after waiting 3 weeks, because I couldn't find the time to get back to AT&T. I was told to go to bodyguardz.com. So, I did and I have had my screen protector replacement for 2 days again, and it fell off my phone again. This time, I dropped my phone and the screen protector fell off. Now, it's dirty and of course won't stick - eventhough it didn't stick in the first place. This is such a poor design concept. Why would you only have adhesive in a small area around the edges. It needs to be on th e entire thing. It needs to stick to my phone. What a joke. 50$ for nothing. "

The product is a joke as is their customer service

"I was sold 2 of them for two new iphones. AT&T installed in the store. Within 2 weeks, the product was showing bubbles on the edges. Within in 3 weeks of purchase, both of them cracked. I took it back to AT&T (a joke) and they said I had to go through Bodyguardz.

They'll send me a new one, but I have to pay shipping both ways..the new one and returning the old one. Don't waste your time and money on this. You know they're not worth their salt when they won't get it right! This goes for AT&T, who sold it to me, as well.

Rather Just Break My Screen Than Try to Deal With This Company

"I am not one to just jump to leaving bad reviews, but after giving this company time and time again to make it right, they have proven themselves at the worst company I have ever dealt with. My first screen order, the screen broke in my purse (no traumatic events, just sitting there). I contacted them asking for a refund as I just purchased this item and it did not stand up to their "8 foot drop guarantee". You can guess...they said no; they don't stand behind their product at all. I thought "okay, I will give them another shot, after all I did just invest a good amount of money into a screen". Next 2 orders were okay, still eventually the screen would chip in 3 months (without ever dropping it!) and I would have to order a new one. I recently moved to AZ and the order was shipped to a jargled address between my new address and my old address (still my billing address). After not receiving the product for 2 weeks I called and emailed...with no response. Finally when I did get ahold of someone they said that the product they had sent had been returned to them because of an incorrect address. (I'm not putting total blame on them, maybe I did type the address wrong although you would think their system would catch an incorrect address). Anyway, when I finally did get ahold of someone they basically said, yeah it was returned to us. We won't send it to the correct address, but you can order a new one...no thanks. And why they didn't inform their paying customer that their item they have been waiting on wasn't delivered and instead returned to them...no idea. Did I mention they aren't even loyal enough for their customers to send pre-paid shipping for the return of your **** quality screen. I've had enough...I'll stop wasting my money and find a company that shows value to their customers. "

Leaves vulernable areas on iPhone x

"The screen protector is very clear and feels like the regular phone screen however it does not fully cover the phone leaving areas of vulnerability. I bought the case and screen protector to protect my new phone. Unfortunately, the phone fell off my bed and hit the floor on one of the corner areas that it doesn’t cover causing a small crack across the length of the phone. Very disappointed with the customer service response. I would Not buy this case or screen protector again until they provide better coverage for the latest iPhone. "

Forget the Lifetime Replacement Program

"I had a Bodyguardz Pure screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet. The tablet is also in a Samsung protective cover so I thought I was pretty well protected. Not so. It cracked anyway. Tried to get a replacement through their Advantage Replacement Program. Forget that if your device isn't the latest and greatest. Ordered a replacement and they canceled my order because they don't carry anything but a film protector for my device. So to summarize, the product did it's job but don't count on "lifetime replacements"."

Bad customer service

"I have been a customer for a long time. Recently I ordered a screen protector for my new iPhone 8 Plus. After I installed it I noticed it was defective. Under their advantage warranty program I ordered a replacement and paid $6.44 shipping. When I received the replacement it was for the iPhone 8, not the 8 Plus, so it wouldn’t fit. I contacted them through email and their response was that I had ordered the wrong one rather than them sending the wrong one. Their email stated that I could reorder and pay shipping again anytime and send the wrong one back at my expense. I considered that option but when I go on their website into my account it still lists that I can only order the one for iPhone 8 and not the Plus. I tried to call them but all I get is a busy signal. I have sixty days to return the wrong one they sent me, otherwise they will charge me full price for it.
So what I have decided to do is bite the bullet and send them both back at my expensive with a tracking number so I can verify they received them. Maybe they could learn something about customer service from a company like Amazon! I’m done!

SCAM

"Biggest scam of a company ever. "Free replacements" - yeah okay...
So they charge shipping (which you KNOW isn't $5.00, they are definitely making a profit off the shipping) but regardless every time I send my damaged screen back they charge me!

My first damaged screen I sent back they said they didn't receive... they give you an envelope with their address printed on it... how does it not arrive? Then they said it was my fault because I didn't purchase tracking on the envelope.... so not only are you expected to pay for the $5.00 replacement but you are also expected to pay for tracking on the letter envelope to.
After many emails back and forth and being blamed for the damaged item not arriving they finally refunded me.

My second damaged screen (yes these screens shatter pretty easy) I made sure to take photos of the envelope and get tracking (which shows it was delivered to them). I sent them the photos and their response was, the order number on the envelope was for the damaged screen not the new screen and apparently I was suppose to add the new screens order number on the damaged screens envelope (makes no sense but okay)... I had shipped my damaged screen back the same day I requested a new one... I hadn't even gotten the new one back and I wanted to make sure to send it back before I got charged for it since they say you have 30 days to return it...

If they received my damaged screen (even with the wrong order number) why would they charge me TWO months later?????

SUCH A SCAM.

SO sneaky... there is NOTHING free about this company. They take your money and waste your time...

No responsibility at all.

To think I went over and above by taking photos, getting tracking, sending it the SAME day I placed my order and I still get charged and blamed. Unbelievable.

Terrible!!

"I am sorry to write this but I feel that others need to hear my story about your product. I have used many screen protects with all of my iPhones. I switched to ATT last year and Body Guardz was the only protector they sold in stores and they also stated there was a lifetime warranty so why not spend the money while in stores. After having my phone for almost two years I have used my warranty I can’t even count how many times (I wish I kept track). After the screen protector broke my screen then broke. I emailed Body Guardz explaining what happened and all they said was that they don’t guarantee their product and they aren’t responsible if their product fails to protect my screen. WHAT!?!? I bought your product to protect my screen from breaking how do you not guarantee you’d product from doing so. I gave up and ended up paying for my screen to be replaced and once I got it fixed like a fool I put Body Guardz screen protector on my me phone "

Don't buy it!

"I bought my phone from At&T and i trusted it them when they sold me this screensaver for $50, (which is way more cheaper on their website!) told me that i have lifetime warranty! It is a bad product, you can not text with this thing on and it broke in only 2 days. Checked their website and saw that i have to pay more money for the mailing, so i paid for the mailing but somehow the postman could not find my address and send it back! I Had an email that i could pay again for the mailing to have the product with a link for review which link was broken!
So not happy with the product and the service!

Fake news!!!!

"What is the purpose of the 2 year replacement policy IF cell phone manufacturers discontinue and replace model numbers so fast. BodyGuardz policy is to discontinue the replacement as soon as the model itself is discontinued. What you end up with is an overpriced display protector and when you need a replacement, too bad, you lose! Don't get sucked in because you will find yourself like me, with an overpriced scratched screen protector."
