Bob Lanphere's Beaverton Honda is really Rude and the Worst Management and Customer Services.

"Once they messed up with my Odyssey (Airbag Recall), lots of trash in the car and they play with my dash cam, GPS, Radar Detector and my other things.
Today 11/30/2017 I called them asking what is the color of the Reverse Backup Wire under the dash in 2000 Honda CRV? Is it GRN/WHT? They can ask their tech or print out for me the wiring diagram. I chat with Becca from customer care she cannot help unless i schedule a diagnostic appointment and pay for it. Then I spoke with Amanda Ball the Service Manager on the phone and she also will not answer my question unless I schedule a diagnostic appointment and pay for it. Then when I spoke on the speakerphone with Andy Plunkett the Parts & Service Director together with Tim Nelson the General Manager; Andy said will not give me information for free, that information is copyright and will not release it unless I pay. I spoke to Tim and he added that he does not care about the review that I will post and he wants me to make sure that I will spell his name and the others correctly in my review. Honda Beaverton is the worse in customer’s services and will try to take my business somewhere else.
Becca said she cannot help me in that but she can schedule me in for a diagnosis appointment. That i need to pay for it. i asked her to ask the tech for me or to look it up in the wiring
All i need is the answer to my question.

You are now lying to clean up and shine your Beaverton Management. i spoke with Andy Plunkett, Parts & Service Director about my Odyssey add to that you can read the full review on Beaverton Honda Facebook page. All i want is information (in my 2000 CRV, what color is the reverse wire under the dash?) i spoke first with Beeca, Customers services, she refused to help me. Then i spoke with Amanda Ball, Service Manager and she also refused to help unless i schedule an appointment and pay. After that Andy Plunkett, Parts & Service Director called and wants me to pay for any information that i want. then he gives the phone to Tim Nelson, General Manager and Tim told me to make sure that i will spell the names correct in my reviews and with BBB. i never spoke with Alex Haigh, Marketing Coordinator the one she is replying to my reviews and of course, i understand she is trying to protect her General Manager and the other members at customers services and members of the management because of her paycheck from them.
