"If you’re thinking of purchasing a Saturn, DO IT! Getting the SD365 is the best decision we’ve made in a while and could already tell it’s going to bring hours of fun on the water this summer. Shipping from Florida to California took 4 days, it arrived a day early. Set up and break down takes about 20 minutes and it’s easily done by one person. It fits in the back of our Sienna without any issue and we store it in our linens closet when not in use, it’s great not having to worry about where we’ll put it. Material is strong, nothing flimsy in this thing. Easily fits our family of 5, with any beach essentials, (+cooler) for when we dock. We attached a 20hp Mercury on it and it picks up speed quickly, it’s steady and we’re just over very happy with Saturn!"
"Edit: so boats to go just contacted me via email to ploy with me to remove my negative review when I refuse to remove my review if they would not acknowledge their lack of customer service they became extremely aggressive and extremely rude I have everything in an email verifiably. So they contact me months later attempt to have me remove the bad review and then when I don't they show even worst customer service and became extremely rude so that's my story take it for what it's worth. Boats to go what is it that you called the other people who left you negative reviews or I don't know if there were customers in general you were referring to as "nutjobs"? I left an honest review I've been enjoying my boat every Sunday since I purchased it from you guys I have had absolutely zero contact with you. you email me while I'm at my job I take time to respond to you because you did not hear what you wanted to hear you then become extremely obnoxious aggressive and rude no problems there are other dealers that sell Saturn boat I had no intention on every buying anything from you guys again nor having any contact with you whatsoever so you doing all this just confirmed why I would never do business with you again
So far this has been the worst buying experience EVER. I spent $849 of my HARD EARNED money only to not receive my boat. I completely understand FedEx is the one who has lost my package but I also feel boatstogo should step up to the plate and make this situation right immediately because I spent the money with them not FedEx. I was told more than once today that someone would be calling me back to let me know what was going on with the situation and each time I had to initiate the call to see what is going on which I feel is very poor customer service. I still at this moment have no definitive answer on if my package was found, if my package has been resent, if boats to go has requested that the package be sent back I am in just complete Limbo with $849 in the air and again no product in hand. I really wish I would have ordered this boat directly from Saturn or just paid the extra hundred dollars to Amazon Prime where I know for a fact that if this situation would have occurred Amazon would have rectified the situation immediately. Outside of my wife and five children boating and fishing is all that I do I don't hang out in the streets, not in the clubs or bars I am on the water once a week so I can have a piece of mind. I put off this week's trip in anticipation that this boat would be here I cannot express how disappointed I am not only that it did not show up but the effort that was made by boats to go to resolve the situation. Since no one can tell me exactly when my package is coming I would like you to tell FedEx to send it back to you whenever you guys get this situated on your time and in the meantime I would like my money return to my bank account immediately not in 2 weeks because when you guys took the payment and said my boat would be here today the money was removed from my account within seconds. Again words cannot explain the disappointment and disgust I feel with this entire transaction."
"I have an 11ft Saturn boat for 7 years now. The boat is in excellent shape. It went whenever we have a chance to go on the water. My wife loves it, because it is stable and my kids can explore more places. With two adults and two small kids, a 10 hp outboard on this boat can go fast due to its deep v design. I just upgraded to a 13 ft Saturn boat and very happy the purchase from Boatstogo.com. Boatstogo.com return my email's question within hours. Thanks."
"Bought a SK385XL and am super happy with it! BoatsToGo was easy to order from and the boat came just as planned. The boat is stable, easy to inflate and rugged. I put a 4.5hp on it and works good, putting an 8hp on it next should work even better. I would buy from BoatsToGo again good prices and service. "
"When I got my first Saturn kayak I was a bit skeptical. I never had an inflatable kayak before. It arrived and one year later I got my second one. These babies have done it all: I live in Michigan and my 13ft OCEAN FISHING Kayaks have been on the great lakes, Have gone down the great O SABLE river, have done the New River Gorge whitewater( you can do whitewater up to level 4 rapids with them) Have seen 6ft waves in the Michigan thumb Port Austin at turnip rock and have been our trusted companion in many other trips including fishing of course. They are part of our memories. The kayaks are EXACTLY as advertised. Rugged as they can be they are easy to set up and easy to clean. I am not even talking about transporting them in little space compared to the big, bulky, plastic ones. I will never get any other kayaks from anyone else. Oh and another great thing about them: BEST PRICE QUALITY RATIO IN THE MARKET!!!!!!!!!!!!

"The boat is great! It’s sturdy and very comfortable to ride in to. However, I had some problems assembling it as the manual included isn’t very helpful and I couldn’t find any good videos as well to help with the assembling. I did figure out a way and once it was done, it was easy peasy. We ran into some shipping problems cause I paid expedited but it didn’t come on time. I couldn’t really blame Michael, the seller as it wasn’t his fault and he gave me a great customer service."

The lightweight and strong removable aluminum seat benches were one of the best selling points for me in buying this kayak, because it allows you so much flexibility in how you want to install your seat! I personally have a swivel seat and it makes fishing very comfortable!

I was a little skeptic about purchasing an inflatable boat, but after taking my small kids out with me this last weekend, I’m no longer a skeptic. The boat is very durable, tracks well, and has quit a bit of room for the three of us (myself and 2 kids) along with our fishing tackle (and snacks of course). I also purchased and installed the wheels, which were fantastic!! Once done, the boat deflated quickly and rolls up to (size) fit inside the carry bag. "This SUP is amazing! Almost 13’, since the measurement is rounded up. It’s convenient and easy to inflate w/ a 12v pump hooked up to the car.Very lightweight and handles well even on pretty rough current. I’ve used it also as a kayak, when I attached a separately purchased seat. Since it’s inflatable and not fiberglass, it doesn’t cause severe injury when falling on it or bumping into it. Been taking it out every chance I get in all kinds of conditions. It’s safe around the kids. I love it! When mine arrived w/o paddles, boatstogo sent me one right away. Great customer service too—we’re returning customers from a previously bought inflatable boat which my husband loves!"
"I bought a 12 ft Saturn Kaboat back in 2013 and still love it today. No tears, no leaks and it stays inflated for a month, if I let it. I don't baby it, my cats play in it, it goes on rocky rivers and in murky lakes. It pays for itself ten times over if rated on a joy scale. It fits 2 adults and a cooler just fine. I am buying another boat, just because I can so without buyer's remorse. I would recommend these to anyone who loves the water but doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg to enjoy it."

"I've owned the Saturn SK430 for about three and half years, and I have used it hard. I'm a dedicated spearfisherman and freediver, and have put many hundreds of ocean miles on mine, mostly around Southern California although it's seen a few trips to norcal and Baja. I have had it out at least 2 or 8 times per month in the time I've had it--camping trips, day trips, local cove hopping, even Channel Island runs. It has about 30 patches, lots of modifications, and while not recommended it has somehow carried me and my gear and catch safely through 8 to 10 foot seas on multiple occasions. While it's not a perfect vessel, the light weight makes it easy for me to handle entirely on my own plus being incredibly cheap to run (nearly 18mpg in calm seas with a 6hp four stroke), the small size means I can roll it up and fit it plus gear and engine in a compact car and don't need a spot to park a trailer, and the price is laughably low... I'm getting another one!"

"I got Saturn inflatable boat from BoatsToGo around 3 years ago. So far this was one of my best purchases, and I am happy I got this boat. Boat quality is much better than what I was expecting at price that I have paid. I was expecting something cheap, and boat was pretty good quality, and hold up pretty well for over last 3 years, even that I do use it almost every other weekend, when it is not too cold. Also, want to point out that stuff at boats to go was pretty helpful in resolving minor issue I had with drain plug in my boat. They sent me free replacement recently, even that warranty was off.
