"I ordered a part which turned out to be the wrong size. The website states hassle free returns but the process is NOT hassle free. The original box must be shipped inside a larger box to avoid shipping damage and labeling on the original box. No return label is provided and be prepared to pay for the return freight charges. Furthermore, they will hit you with a 20% restocking fee. So my $127 part cost me $59 to return. I should have used Amazon."

I have tried to call several days and times, send quite some mails to all known mail addresses, without really any response at all. Now my creditcard company will refund me and hopefully they will get the money back from this poor company. I have now ordered with an official Bennet dealer to avoid being ripped off again."

"Poor shipping service!! I purchased an item on a Wednesday for UPS 2nd Day Air delivery. Here it is on Tuesday and the package has not been delivered yet. As I spoke with "Liz" in customer service, they did not process the order until Thursday and Saturday is not included as a shipping day, she says it's BoatStoreUSA's policy. So I paid the premium shipping fee and did not get the service. Poor internet business and I will not purchase from them in the future!"
