Do Not Buy From This Site

"Ordered part that was listed as available on the site. Over a week later, no shipping confirmation. Called their phone number and get computer voice auto attendant. No matter what option you choose, you get someone's voicemail. Left messages. They don't call you back. Not sure if I'll ever see this part. I'm going to try to negate the charge from my credit card and order somewhere else."

"Placed online order. Card charged. Next day receive email anchors not in stock order cancelled and refunded, with the caveat that you have to wait 5-7 business days for your money to clear and be returned."

NO INVENTORY IN STOCK

"Web site said available but after placing an order I was called and told they do not have the product and wont have the product for several weeks or months. If you don't have the inventory don't try to sell stuff you don't have."

Crappy customer service and return policy

"So their website had no pics, so I relied upon another site for pics, but as it turns out, I ordered the wrong one. My bad. I called up in the early afternoon on a Friday to return and order the right one, and no one was there. I left a voicemail for "Wayne". I get a call back on the following Monday and I explain that I ordered the wrong one, and that I needed to return this one. Nope. If the package has been opened, they will not take it back. Ugh. Now if it was an electrical part, I get why they wouldn't take it back. But on a cable?? His excuse was that they only sell new parts, and that even opening the package would invalidate that rule. I asked him what I was supposed to do, and his answer was "Can't you sell it on eBay or something?" I'll never, ever do business with this company again."

First of all I order alot of parts

"I understand if a order is placed after hours 90% of the time the order will actually go in first thing on the next business day and you count your one day from there. Wayne in customer service it's not a customer service representative does not have good people skills at all and will lose more business then he will ever gain in the position he is in. Management really needs to evaluate people's current position. Hope part gets here tomorrow and I might bump it up a star"

"I ordered 100 stainless steel 3/16" shackles on 3/25/15 & after 2.5-3 weeks of not receiving them I emailed & called. I spoke to "Dwayne" & was told he didnt see an order from me. After insisting that i did he found it & then i was notified that they didn't have what I ordered in stock. I asked when they planned on notifying me of that & he was rude. After I demanded an answer as to why my card was charged if the product wasn't available he called me back the filling day and said he had 60 of the 100 on hand and would ship them out. On 4/13/15 I received 47 of them & order sheet that came w/ them says (ordered 60 -shipped 47) the shackles I received aren't the same style that their website shows & not what I was expecting to receive.
I'd recommend them to NOBODY; infact I will be pursuing the matter beyond their business. I consider this to be fraudulent & theft

"Customer service was rude. I made an order Dec 21 and when I didn't receive it by Dec 31, I called customer service. No one answered so I left a message. When they didn't return my call,I called back on Jan 2nd only to hear that were closed over the holiday so that's why I could not get my package. However, no where through the ordering process did they make it known that the warehouse was going to be closed. The person I spoke to cut me off when I was speaking and was very impatient as though I was begging them for something. I will never order from them again."

"I ordered some gas lifts for my 2556 Bayliner engine hatch..the same as the originals but they would not hold hatch after one day. Called BoatStore.com and they resolved issue right away..reputable and polite is what I found here..oh and the best price anywhere on the items as well."

"I ordered a part on Friday morning and paid extra for 2nd day air. They didn't deliver it to UPS until Monday night, so I won't get the part till Wednesday. I called and was like, what kind of company offers 2nd day air but takes 2 extra days to ship it? The representative said I was "irresponsible" and full of "crap" for expecting that to happen! I have never had such horrible customer service!! Buyer beware. If you have all summer to wait, the price difference may be worth it for you."
