"I ordered a very expensive camcorder from this store. To their credit there was no annoying accessory upsell and they shipped promptly. This wonderful buying experience was ruined by their shipping me a used camera. My first contact ended with them hanging up on me. My second contact ended with my having to call the next day to speak with a specific person. This person like the others before him tried to convince me I was wrong or a liar. I let him know I had bought this camera before and I know how Sony packages it. Besides that the seal was torn off and the warranty card was missing amongst other issues. He then offered to give me a $100 courtesy to keep it. Not a good option to me so I said I wanted to exchange this camera for a new factory sealed one or a return for credit. We agreed on the exchange although I had to pay for return shipping. So in the end I did get a new camera and they shipped it promptly but I can't get over the initial attempt to sell me a returned item as new. "

I did resellerrating search for bluestripephoto before I ordered. They have excellent rating there. Though less number of reviews still I trusted them. And my trust defintely increased after my purchase.
The only issue is that - my credit card was charged by Save-Here.com for this purchase, and not by bluestripephoto. save-here.com has very bad customer rating. - I am not sure why this discrepency, but as far as I am concerned bluestripephoto handled my order in a timely and professional manner and I give full credit to Blue Stripe Photo."
"I bought something from Blue Stripe Photo.com/save-here.com. I bought a camera and a 5 year warranty. They shipped it through UPS and I was expecting my package to delivered but I guess BSP called UPS for an address change. I don't know why because they had my correct address on file so it was eventually sent to the wrong address and was shipped back to BSP. When BSP ships a product, they send you an e-mail telling you to write a review on bizrate.com. So I wrote a nasty one. They called and they said since they messed up my order they will send me a free 256mb card and also if I change my review on Bizrate.com. I said I will think about it and they said "ok". So they sent me an invoice through e-mail and they forgot my 5 year warranty so I had to call them back and that was when I was sure I wasn't going to change my review. I received the camera, 256sd card and the 5 year warranty. I checked my online statement and it says I have been charged $60 from an associated company w/ BSP. I called and asked why I was charged for $60 (no way should a no name brand slow 256 can be worth $60) and I demanded a refund. They said they are going to charge me for the card since I didn't change my review. I would think since its my opinion of that company and why should I change it if it has bad customer service. I called the Better Business Bureau"
"I found many companies on the internet selling the Sony HDR-HC3 for less than BSP with horrible feedback from customers. The big name companies were a lot higher than BSP. Before my purchase I checked with Resellerratings and the BBB and found BSP had a very good rating with both companies. I was still apprehensive about shelling out $1190 for the Sony plus accessory package, but decided to put it on my credit card. The delivery time was good, the camera and accessaries were all there and brand new. I opened the additional battery I purchased and decided I did not want it because I wanted a longer battery life. Called BSP, got a returned number and they did the exchange no questions asked. No pressure to buy and no hassle. Customer service was very good. I would do business with them again, and I already recommend them to friends."
