First day of wear, same thing happened. Stone fell out. I've tried contacting BlueSteel numerous times about an obvious quality control issue with this particular ring. I've sent pictures. I get no response. I am a repeat customer having placed eight orders over the past six years. You'd think I'd be worthy of better customer service than being ignored. Very disappointing.
I would like a credit to reselect.
