Blue Nooks’ 5 year Unlimited Warranty on the Premium Japanese Cells for its replacement batteries proves their confidence in their product. Where else can the consumer find a battery product with this type of warranty? After my purchase of batteries from Blue Nook, I had a pleasant and informed conversation with Marc. I questioned the fact that the battery was manufactured in China. I did note that in the close-up picture of the battery on their web site the picture did show that the premium Japanese cells were manufactured in China, and Blue Nook also addresses the issues in their FAQ! After my conversation with Marc, it was easy for me to conclude that I was purchasing a Premium Japanese Cell replacement battery that was sent to a China manufacture preselected for their quality standards by Blue Nook. I purchased two replacement batteries for my camcorder, which has longer charge cycles than the OEM, cost less than most companies offered and I have a 5 Year Unlimited Warranty.
