"Absolutely the very worst online experience. Bought my shoes online back in may, received the wrong shoe size(sent a 7, though I asked for a 9). Was told I had to pay for return. No follow up, until I made repeated calls and promised replacement shoes for over a month. Tired, I asked for my money back, which I was given minus original shipping costs. Beware of this company by all means."
"Blueskycycling is a good bike parts supplier; I have ordered from them many times over the years with good prices and good service. I had a bicycle that was damaged during shipment once, and they took care of me by sending a Fedex guy to my house to pick the box up once I had repacked the bike back in the original container. I can't ask for better customer support than that. I have no reservations recommending these guys."

"I made multiple orders from blueskycycling and I made a mistake and put the wrong zip code on one of my orders. I do have to say they have exceptional customer service and I was taken care of same day and all my parts were sent same day and next day air. I put myself in the jam with waiting till the last second but they took care of me 100%. I work in customer service and its rare to find service like this at the price they offer. I would def recommend blueskycycling and will only purchase from them in the future. Great prices with the customer service to back it is very hard to find. Again a great place to buy from at guaranteed low prices. Only downfall to there operation is what they have in stock. they still have more then most but if they had everything i was looking for it would be that much better."

I almost decided not to order based on the rating, but then I noticed that there were only a few, and one low rating was REALLY affecting the average. Then I noticed that the review was only negative because the reviewer's expectations were a bit unreasonable.
So, this is another positive review to add a little confidence back for anyone looking at this site to get an idea whether BlueSkyCycling is worth a shot.
I ordered a helmet, a few jerseys, and some cycling socks from BlueSkyCycling a few days ago, and everything arrived on my doorstep 3 days later via Fedex, well packed, all in brand new, perfect condition. I couldn't be happier.
Of course with any mail order operation, there will be times when something doesn't go quite right, but in my experience (1 order so far) these guys did everything exactly like I hoped. I have no reason not to give them the top rating."

I bought a bike size M on sale on Friday before 3 pm pacific time.
Blue sky cycling states any orders placed before 3 pm are shipped the same day. I did not receive shipping information. I waited till Monday ...nothing. I finally had to call on Tuesday only to hear they sold me a bike they don't have. I spoke to the manager and all he had to offer is a size bigger bike. I gave it a try and didn't work. I shipped it back. again I had to call them to see whats going on, after asking for a manager. the manager decided to take a day off today and will not be back till Monday, that's what I have been told. Last week when i spoke with them they said they didn't work Monday. what is going on? as i said the worst buying experience i have ever had . and I can't even write a review on their website. I want my money back not to mention i had to pay extra $100 to ship the thing back. "
