Terrible company, they will scam you under a different name on Amazon.

By multiple names online and other Amazon shops. If you see A&E Merch LLC. It is also them, going under a different alias. They will send you an invoice stating the item you had bought, then they will send you the completely wrong (and under priced) item. Terrible company that shouldn’t be allowed to sell.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! RIPOFF!

"Dec. 18th purchased Sandisk Ultra 64GB Micro SDXC UHS-I Card from them thru Amazon. Card came defective. Called 3 times (left messages) and sent 2 emails but got no response. Had to go to Amazon to get a reply. BP said to send card back (at my expense) and they would replace it. Waited 2 weeks for replacement; called them once (left message) emailed them once, no response. After 3rd week had to go to Amazon again for resolution. Feb 19th Amazon responded with a refund; never have heard back from BlueProton. Worst on line purchase experience I have ever had."

"Purchased a Glowlight nook from BlueProton via eBay. Received faulty product, then returned it when we were promised a replacement. After over 6months of waiting and messages and emails, we still have not received our replacement, and little or no contact from BlueProton. "

Buyer Beware

"I ordered two San Disk Ultra Compact Flash cards. I received them on 10-28-17 and decided to try them out. One would not work in my camera. The package label said that if I need to contact them, email them at ****@****. I sent an email on 10-28-17, got no response and sent another email on 11-6-17 again with no response. I called their phone number at 1-***-***-**** and left a message, but again got no response. I then left a service request on their web site, but again got no response.
I usually look at reviews, and on the Amazon site they have good reviews. On this site the reviews are very poor.
It is my intention to contact Amazon and the Better Business Bureau.

Never again

"I am very dissatisfied with this seller. I bought an article through eBay from overseas, in the article description it was specified that the product had a one year warranty. Six months later when my product defaulted, I called for the warranty process, but it is not working for customer outside the US which was not specified. I had to deal directly with the manufacturer, unfortunately the manufacturer was not shipping warranty items overseas as well. I finally managed to get a new device, which was a painful and time-consuming process (4 months) with the not nice at all customer service of BlueProton.

I do not recommend this seller.

"Blue proton is no more than thieves! I bought a iPod nano from them and before it even came asked if I could trade it for a iPod nano for about $50 more and pay the difference. Not only would they not trade me and take the extra $50 but, when the nano got to my house I just returned it to sender unopened and untouched. So, they tell me that they refunded me $118 of my $148 mind you that there was free shipping. And they said that it was for repackaging fee!! What repackaging fee??? II NEVER OPENEd OR BARELY TOUCHED the package. Do your homework. People are greedy!!!"

"I bought a Logitech Google t.v. unit which was defective. Blueprotons "contact us" page doesn't/hasn't functioned in the 3 weeks I have been trying to get a replacement. Seems like they take the money and then are gone. Disappointed in Amazon for carrying Blueproton and would never buy from this merchant again."

"They DO NOT stand behind a purchase that NEVER worked. I purchased a Nook through Amazon and it never worked, I tried to return it and they told me to go through Barnes and Noble (who told me they cannpt fix it because I did not buy it through them). They have ignored all attempts from them to get my money back. I have never had a bad experience through Amazon before now."
