"Their site claims that "90% of orders arrive in 1-3 business days," but to allow 5-7 days. I live only 125 miles from one of their warehouses, so I expected my order (a printer) fairly quickly. After waiting a full week, I emailed and got a quick response saying they would "check with the warehouse" and get back to me "shortly." The next day, after hearing nothing further, I called customer service, got a message saying they were busy and would call me back. Never called me back. I emailed again, saying I needed the order by a week from then or I would need to cancel. No response. I checked my order on the site and it had been canceled. About six hours later, I got an email saying the order had been canceled.

If they weren't going to ship my order right away, WHY NOT TELL ME so I could get it from somewhere that would?! Very poor customer service.

"BEWARE BEWARE- I ORDERED AN EPSON R 380 PRINTER THAT SAYS IN STOCK FOR $125.99 I GET A CONFIRMING EMAIL OF THE ORDER THEN ABOUT AN HOUR LATER I GET ANOTHER EMAIL STATING EPSON DISCONTINUED IT AND THAT IT IS REPLACED BY THE ARTISAN 50 WHICH IS THE SAME PRINTER EXCEPT WITH MORE FEATURES. THAT I CAN CONFIRM REPLACEMENT THROUGH EMAIL. THE ARTISAN 50 IS UNDER $100 ALL OVER SO WHY WOUDL I WANT TO PAY $125.99 FOR A REPLACEMENT PRINTER THAT IS LESS THAN $100. DONT GET FOOLED BY THEM"

"Don't bother calling customer service or even emailing, for that matter. They won't respond! I am trying to get a credit for a printer that I received in error and was charged for. I will not order from this company again."
