"I received a watch as a gift from bluedial.com that my sibling purchased for me. I returned the watch, never worn, and followed their co. procedure for exchange for a watch of equal value. Bluedial.com said it had been worn and that the return was null and void because the return seal was removed. Their was never one on it as I would have noticed it. The watch was only removed from the box and placed back without any tag removal or wear and tear by me.
I am the owner of a watch that I will not wear. I will donate it to a charity that can perhaps auction it or find a use for it in a positive manner. There is a lot of competetion online for your business. I recommend that you shop around.
A company's core is it's customer service department and philosophy. Anyone can stock and sell a product. This seems to be Bluedial's objective. Not return business and customer satisfaction as well. "
