"Sent ne the wrong parts, informed me that I could send them back, and if the correct parts were not in stock within 28 days I would be refunded. After e-mailing them on four occasions, I did not receive the parts or a refund. In my opinion they should be taken top court, but I suppose as in most cases the amounts are not enough to justify anyone tyaking ythese steps, so Bloo Choo get away with it."

ordered windscreen wiper in april from them because they advertised same day dispatch.
waited a week and sent email asking for a delivery date,reply was i had to wait seven working days.replied to email to cancel as i found another company who could deliver in three days {which they did},no reply. sent another email a week later asking for conformation that order was cancelled,no reply.part arrived five weeks later.sent email asking how to return,no reply as yet."

"They advertise as UK based, but my battery was shipped from Hong Kong. The battery supplied was not the correct battery, so I returned the battery for a refund and am still waiting. Delivery also took ages, not doubt because it was coming from Hong Kong. Not a great experience and will probably not shop with them again. Price was good, but if you have issues not so good as in my case."

This means that when they send you a faulty product and then will not refund you or replace it and stop replying to your emails you are pretty much screwed.

I am not happy at all with the way Bloochoo company handled by order.
they do not have a proper customer service setup for International customers even though they (claim in their site) to do Business at international level.
They sent me the wrong order which was not meant for use in USA.
It is all a mess now.
they have 1 contact # & that also does not work.
It is even hard to find the dialing code for that number.
It is a UK based company.
Never ever buy things from that site.
