"Blindster has bent over backwards for me but still couldn't get it entirely right. The quality and value are high but there were mistakes on two out of three orders. In the first case, the rail was too short and in the second, the blinds were too long. I was able to adjust for both mistakes without returning anything and would buy from Blindster again. A more accurate rating for them would be 4.8 I really like Blindster."

"Very quick service for custom and by far the best price! Was preparing the house as a host home for two professional bike athletes. Just nine days before the race, the request turned into hosting the full team - seven athletes and a writer from a bicycle racing magazine. Needed quick turn around to take a third floor ballroom into an amenable sleeping area for the team. Blindster came through with the quickest service on the windows that required custom and on a large living room window that just needed a nice upgrade! Very pleased and installation was a breeze. This house - an 1899 house with 18 windows - doesn't fit the "standard" mold of ready-made blinds. Was relieved to find Blinster was able to take that worry off my plate! "

"Overall I'm dissatisfied with my purchase. I will not be buying from blindster again. The online buying process was dissatisfying because they waited to begin manufacturing my blinds due to an email they sent double checking that I truly DID NOT want color samples. It ended up,taking several days before they actually began producing my blinds. It ended up taking 12 business days to receive the blinds.
I found the quality of the blind to be just "ok". One issue I noticed right away while mounting them is that the adhesive sticker on the head rail (it makes the head rail match the color of the blind) was peeled up along the edges of every blind.
Inside the 1 box of blinds I ordered was a blind from some other customer. So I don't know if or when that poor customer will get this missing blind. One of the blinds I ordered didn't fit, and I had to re- order a new blind (which I thought would be quick and easy). it's been another 10 days since they confirmed beginning production of the last blind and I've heard nothing about them shipping it out. Maybe I'll receive it before Christmas....? I do a lot of online shopping. I do NOT recommend this company."
