"Not being sure of their quality, I made a single blind purchase. The quality of that blind was very high compared to the price. After receiving that blind and installing same, I placed the remaining order for nearly $1000 dollars worth of blinds for the whole house. I would highly recommend this company as their products are top drawer.
The blinds were shipped via FedEx. When I received this last shipment, yesterday, I noted that two of the three boxes were torn and the ends of the blinds were exposed. I will be installing the blinds today and will determine if any of them are damaged as a result of the treatment during shipping.
If I were to make any recommendation to the company, I would never use FedEx as I have repeatedly experienced shipments were the boxes, or shipping bags were damaged, torn open or looked like they had been dropped in water or dirt. UPS does such a better job of taking care of shipments, I don't know why anyone would utilize FedEx. I certainly will never utilize them again."
"Beautiful window coverings. Everything fit to a "T". The only thing we found lacking was some kind of restraint bracket to secure the bottom of the door blind - otherwise it bangs against the door whenever the door is opened or closed."
