"I have used Blindstop.com for a total of six orders, blind repair parts as well as an order for 3 blinds. Each time I use them I am impressed. I have called a couple of times and have always found the knowledge is excellent and customer service is friendly.

Love this company and I will continue using them in the future.

"I had some questions about repairing my blinds so I e-mailed the support link with some pictures. I talked to a man named Kevin who said he was the co-owner. I had no clue what I was needing but he took about a half hour to help me out and help understand what I was in need of. I purchased on Blindstop.com and with two days I had my materials then I had a problem installing the parts my self so I called back Blindstop.com and again Kevin helped me walk through the repair with me on the phone. Not only was the shipping SUPER FAST but I was very impressed with the service and knowledge he had. I would use Blindstop.com again for any other blind problems I might have. GREAT COMPANY GREAT SERVICE!

"Ordered a roll of replacement string for our blinds. Blindstop collected the money promptly but never delivered the product. I went to their website and tried to contact their service department and their CEO via email. The emails bouce. BUYERS BEWARE of the company. I do not recommend buying anything there. "
