"I ordered shirts from this company and they were listed as the Gildan 64800L Softstyle Women's Pique Polo Shirt. These were awful. They were thinner than usual Gildan shirts and they shrank. These shirts were an adult large and after a cold wash, they shrank to kids size!!! They are fraudulent in their advertising. I contacted the company about the issue and they were unwilling to accommodate us in anyway. This is the type of company that deserves to be investigated and fined.

"I ordered over 70 shirts on March 15th. It showed it shipped the next day but had 5 different tracking numbers. Needless to say one tracking number never updated until today and I won’t receive until April 5th supposedly. I was told that it is not late until 11 business days and I can call back to get a rep. Surprisingly after the 11 days all of a sudden it finally updated and they would not send a replacement as stated before. I really don’t believe it was shipped when they said it was. Don’t order from this company they offer a shipping method that is flawed and know it is. Stop offering something you know is an issue and then try and blame the customer because they don’t want to pay an exorbitant amount for shipping. Never will order from them again."

"We ordered for our team because the prices looked great and it was much cheaper than the same items we had seen elsewhere. The shipping was a shocker ($80 on $150 worth of goods), but we agreed to pay it because their website said that orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Not true. It took 8 business days, and we didn't get the garments in time for the date we needed them. In terms of the items themselves, they are basic and as you'd expect from these types of garments. I won't purchase here again as long as Purolator is the only shipping option. "
"I have been meaning to give Blank Apparel Canada a review for awhile. We are a building contractor and order t-shirts and hoodies at least 2 times a year for uniforms and as well as for fundraisers. (over 100 at at time, most recently 160) We have tried one other company and came back to Blank Apparel. Their service by far, exceeds expectations and their delivery is fast. They take the time to listen and genuinely want you to be happy with their service and the products they provide. They are company you can trust and I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

I ordered three shirts from this company. It shipped to my printer and I found out after it was the wrong color. I called the company to see if they could do anything. The agent who said she was the supervisor (Liz) said no nothing she can do items should be checked when we received them. This is a bad customer service. She wouldn't even offer free shipping or a discount going forward. She didn't even pull up my order. I should of checked the reviews online. I would have seen other people that received the wrong product. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she was. If your supervisor acts in this manager then you have something wrong with how things are being run. "
