"I brought two machines. I expected they were used so I was not surprised ones hard drive gave out. Replaced it, it was dated 1998! When I used the reinstall disk the machine would not go online. Seems like it need a driver disk too. I called for tec support and was told it would cost $25 plus a dollar a min. I wrote for tech support and never heard back. I also tried to use online chat and that was a bust.
One machine was lost in the invotory and took a while to get here."

"I've had this HP XW4600 64-bit machine since mid-December (3 months). It's been on 24/7 since then and I haven't had a single problem ... zero crashes. I telecommute from GA to PA all day long without a glitch. This is a outstanding, speedy computer. The 6-Gig of memory has a lot to do with that, I'm sure.
I upgraded it from the original Vista Business to Win 7 Ultimate shortly after I received it. No problems there either. A nice, smooth upgrade."
