"Learned about o from Nephew and was impressed when ordering the RTF101 Tablet PC.But come to findout my order wasn't recorded there on May 1. Have checked in twice and both times shows no activity for my order.You charge my credit card $285.00 on May 1 and so have I been duped or what?"

"I brought two machines. I expected they were used so I was not surprised ones hard drive gave out. Replaced it, it was dated 1998! When I used the reinstall disk the machine would not go online. Seems like it need a driver disk too. I called for tec support and was told it would cost $25 plus a dollar a min. I wrote for tech support and never heard back. I also tried to use online chat and that was a bust.
One machine was lost in the invotory and took a while to get here.

"I was not happy to find out later that the battery for pc was not under warranty. Bad thing they claim it was in the paperwork which I didn't recieve. Now I have to buy a battery to use my pc with out the cord."

"I've had this HP XW4600 64-bit machine since mid-December (3 months). It's been on 24/7 since then and I haven't had a single problem ... zero crashes. I telecommute from GA to PA all day long without a glitch. This is a outstanding, speedy computer. The 6-Gig of memory has a lot to do with that, I'm sure.

I upgraded it from the original Vista Business to Win 7 Ultimate shortly after I received it. No problems there either. A nice, smooth upgrade.

I have purchased items from this seller in the past on Ebay and this was my first time, buying directly from their web site. On this occasion, the customer service, product quality and follow up were, not on par with my past dealings with them.

"I've ordered before from Blair and am very satisfied with the
refurbished computers. They work great and are well-packed for
shipping. However, my recent order was delayed for 13 days
while Blair added a 1GB RAM chip. I could have ordered the RAM
separately from another company and (hopefully) received the
computer much sooner. Also, the email from Blair with the
plain 15-digit tracking number didn't identify the carrier,
which was fedex.com. I've suggested to Blair that it make
improvements in these two areas. Overall, though, Blair is a
good company and I would order from them again.

"Well,i had a problem not getting my laptop so i called and it was taken care of right away=my laptop is here and i am quite happy with it/there is a second step to ordering from daily deals which is what held my order up/please let others know they can't just order it they have to go to the site concerned and finish the order/but i am very happy with Blairg.com and amazon.com can't be beat."
