"They constantly cancel my orders. When asking to speak to a manager through their online phone number, agents are instructed to take your email. Managers will then email you with a cold response and never respond thereafter. Complete waste of time this company is."

I checked out the reviews and was very leary of ordering from them but the price was great and decided to take a chance. I received my order promptly and in good condition. "i have shopped F&F for years in Monroe Wisconsin and have noticed the service is really getting terrible. Associates are unfriendly and when i got home from shopping there i found 1 of my tidy cat litter bags was tore and my back seat has litter all over it. Had i lived in town i would have taken it right back, but i commuted 40 mins so returning the product wasn't an option. Also associate was very unfriendly and makes me wonder if the ripped bag was done on purpose, since i filed a complaint a few months ago against this store for not keeping sale items stocked and terrible customer service. Guess I'll have to start going to Freeport Illinois to F&F or order from chewey.com. Very dissatisfied. "

"Purchased a $920 generator from them. Received it by Estes trucking company. Completely smashed in gas tank. Notified Blain’s immediately they gave me the run around about returning it. Finally sent me a bill of lading for Estes. Called Estes for a scheduled pickup time and was promised tues Wednesday Thursday Friday Monday pickup. Estes never shows up!!! Called them daily. Promised on every call it would be picked the next day. To no avail. Called Blain’s corporate office to let them know their shipping company Estes is terrible. And all I want at this point is my $920 refunded for this damaged generator. I will never purchase from Blain’s again not will I ever agree to have Estes deliver pickup or drop off anything at my residence. After purchasing from Blain’s I filed a complaint w the bbb. And seen they have plenty of complaints about how they do business. Terrible experience all the way around. "

"I searched on line for some of what I wanted. They were having many rebate sales. Drove across town (past other similar stores), walked around practically the entire store, selecting items. Waited my turn to check out. Only to discover afterwards each item for a rebate needs it own receipt. Fine. Except for the fact I only had ONE receipt. (The cash register did NOT print off the necessary rebate receipts. ) Each item would have to be refunded and re-rung back up. Forget it. I drove to Menard's (and actually saved $)"

"I ordered a swing from this company with considering their estimated delivery date.
The item was not shipped until I called and followed with them. I then called FedEx and they mentioned that although the shipment information was sent to FedEx , but the company forgot to scheduled a pickup until my call.
The sad part was that the company asked me to call FedEx and figure it out, rather than them fixing the problem that they have created.
I do not recommend buying from this company."

"I don't understand the low rating on here. I was REALLY skeptical about ordering from Blain's but after reading good reviews on other sites, thought I'd give them a shot.

I ordered a deep fryer, it was $40 less than amazon. Ordered on Saturday, received it on Wednesday.

I called to make sure it was in stock, used my Discover card just in case, and even received my order confirmation via e-mail before I was off the phone with them.

I had called a couple of places to see if the would pricematch Blain's but they wouldn't. JC Penny would come down, but not near that much, hence the order from Blain's.

I don't know.....like I said, they were better than perfect for me...."
