Horrible Experience

"Dealing with BisonOffice was one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. I strongly encourage not purchasing anything from BisonOffice. I purchased a couch from BisonOffice on September 27, with an expected delivery date of no later than October 12. It is November 2 and I still do not have my couch. The new delivery date is November 8. After weeks of complaining to BisonOffice, BisonOffice only refunded me $50 for this inconvenience. I told them that was not enough and they did not care. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Their third-party partners they use to deliver items are very bad (one of them lost my couch, and the other one sent my couch to an incorrect location). I would really save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from here."

Worst Customer Service

"Ordered a product from Amazon and it did not work with our Filing Cabinet system. I had to pay the shipping cost to send it back and a 20% restocking fee. Only saving grace is that Amazon has been great to work with. "

"I received a dresser from this company. It was not manufactured correctly and therefore could not be assembled correctly. I have been conversing with their call center for over 2 weeks. They refuse to refund the defective product. Terrible product and terrible customer service. I am extremely frustrated, disappointed, and annoyed. I feel that I have been scammed. *****WARNING - I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FROM WALMART.COM BUT IT ACTUALLY CAME FROM BISON***"

This company blows!

"I ordered a product thru Walmart from bisonoffice.
It arrived in a timely manner, but they sent me something different from what the picture showed in the listing (missing one of the 3 parts, that was in picture). After emailing Jack the "manager", over 8 times and pleading my case. He stated that company policy was I misordered or changed my mind and I could only return with a 20% restocking fee and I pay the return shipping.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I was actually going to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau but once I saw their rating was already poor I decided not too.

Don't care about their customers!

"Very disappointing interactions with Bison Office. They clearly don't care about their customers. We ordered just shy of 50 outdoor chairs (approx. $1500), 17 of which were defective and they wouldn't return or refund. Chairs began to unravel after less than one month of usage.

...offered us a $100 credit!!! Very, very discouraging and disappointing! Would NOT suggest this company to anyone.

Do not order from them!

"If I could give them 0 stars I would! I was so unhappy with the customer service. They would not allow me to return an item without a large fee AND paying for the shipping back to them, package was left without signature on a driveway, packaging was also awful, there were holes, etc. I found the same product at costco for over $100 cheaper, the customer service rep told me that I would receive a discount once he talked to his sales team and he contacted me later to tell me that there was nothing they could do and I couldn't receive any discount at all. Awful experience, I do not recommend purchasing from them. I think they only have one customer service rep as well and he barely speaks English. "
