"I ordered a 60 day supply of Mendapause and sorry to say it hasn't helped me. Now I'm out of the money because I gave the product the 6-8 weeks time to work. Ordering and checkout was easy, though."
"First order was prompt. Second order must've got lost. Ordered and rec'd notice it would be shipping soon on 4/23. Did not recieve tracking for over 2 days. Emailed to find out where my order was, but did not hear back. Still no tracking on 3rd day. Doesn't look like they will they will meet their shipping estimate considering my "proximity to CA" is CA. Not sure why the delay since they haven't communicated their reason. Giving them 2 stars since 1st order went without hitch. Had this been the 1st, I would've never came back.
I also noticed that they had no problem charging my credit card on 4/23 before they have even processed/shipped the product. That is a pretty sketchy move.
Update 4/27: They finally contacted me but gave no reason for delay. I received a shipping number... Looked it up and there's no information showing if it left facility or if its even been processed. Their estimate to have it in my hands of 4 days is way off as they couldn't even get it out of their building in that many days. Now, 5 full processing days later and I have a tracking number that shows no tracking info, or even an estimated arrival time. Very disappointied with response and will avoid ordering from their website in future due to this."
