Disgusting sickening customer service

"Steve is a very unprofessional dodgy person. I have been phoning and messaging him regarding updating my service history for 4 months when he has failed to do it even through he keeps promising to do it. I now realize that he is resentful that he does not make much off being a dealer for Lexmoto and has decided not to update it so my warranty is not kept up to date so he can charge me to fix it if i bring it back to him. He updated putting in March when my bike was not even there in march but was in November. That he fails to correct telling me it wont allow him to edit it but keeps promising to fix it but months on he has not..Disgusting service"

"Still have not received my order. They wont answer the phone. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Oregon DA office said they are a scam site and are being investigated. Hundreds have been ripped off. I am out 200.00. "

"I ordered a pair of kevlar jeans. Did not fit. Returned the item after getting my Return Authorization Number. A week after my package was received I emailed Bikers Den on my refund statues. They tell me my package was received and accepted and a refund request has been forwarded to their refund department. Well 3 months later I'm still waiting for my refund. I can't get a response from them through email or voice mail (no one ever answers their line). Basically at this point they are thieves.
With so many good motorcycle etailors out there don't give your money to these crooks.

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchased an item which did not fit properly. I inquired as to returning the item, no problem, as long as you return it with a tracking number, all labels attached, and get a return authorization number from the company. I returned the item on May 29 (that is the date that the item was returned as per my tracking number). I have emailed them 5 times now regarding this return! I have received no response, nor have I received a credit for the item! Worst customer service!!"

"Placed an order on June 22 and was charged in full. Over three weeks later item still has not shipped. the first email got no response. All i wanted was to know when item would ship. Second email also no response. Then i left a message on their phone service where they assured me i would be contacted. Never Happened. Last was email number three where a very angry me asked for a refund. Success! A response almost a week later saying too bad here is your refund. Wow! Worst customer service ever. They finally decided to cancel my order rather than ship my item. I wouldn't recommend this site to a person i despised. Be extra careful when dealing with these swindlers."

"Stay Away, they are the worst. After almost 11 weeks, my card was charged, no product. I thought they didn't actually exist, after several email attempts, calling, and even posting on their Facebook (which they deleted so I know they exist and can read), they are ignoring me. "

"It took them 18 days to ship it, 18 days before they had packed the box and send it, im still waiting for it to arrive..

So if you need something like now, and any time soon.. DONT shop there..

And i have asked them why it took so long 2 days ago, So Far No reply.. :(
