"Brake pads sent after a week...sent by THEM with wrong shipper to address that UPS won't do (PO box) then promised an overnight delivery...still nothing until a week later when all of a sudden they are going to ship them overnight???!!!???...all this while my bike sat and sat and sat at a shop... In every experience with these guys they promise a speedy (within two business days) ship out but it's never happened...talking to customer service is a journey into the wastes of human understanding....I'll never do business with them again. Called my local O'Reiley's and they'll have them there in 2 days....save your money and your patience and go elsewhere. "
