"I had a very similar experience to the reviewer below. I placed my order, they even charged my credit card, but then they flagged my order (without telling me) since I placed the order outside of the USA. Ok, no problem, but they NEVER tried to contact me about it! Finally when I arrived back home and my order wasn't here I contacted them and asked where is my order, and they said they had flagged it. So, over two weeks later and my order still hasn't arrived (it just shipped). I understand the need to project against fraudulent orders, but isn't it just as fraudulent to charge a customer's CC and not ship their order? And never contact them about it to resolve the problem?"
