I ordered the 29 December 2009 edition of "The Joy of ****" published by Harmony, but that edition was not delivered. Rather, I received a 2008 edition published by Crown Publishers. I request Better World Books to either provide the ordered book or refund the cost, including postage, please.
Please advise me by return email as to how you would like the delivered book to be returned to Better World Books. Thank you.

My last box had 7 books, that had three pieces of cardboard wrapped around them and held by only one piece of tape across top/bottom. Corners of books were sticking out of the wrappings. Luckily, it was not raining that day or the books would have been ruined on my porch. I know you are trying to save money but had the books been ruined; you would have had to replace them and that would have been more expensive than a good box.

I should say that is the best company I found for buying used scientific literature.
It is preferable for me to buy used books with labels 'like new', 'very good' & 'good' only from IN (Mishawaka) & NV (Reno) since they satisfy to the announced in such labels requirements. The announced quality of used books of UK (Dunfermline) doesn't satisfy to high degrees of quality from IN (Mishawaka) & NV (Reno). As a rule such label as 'Used Good' of UK (Dunfermline) could correspond to 'Used Acceptable' at IN (Mishawaka) & NV (Reno). "
