"Bestwishes.net advertises on its website that it ships via UPS. Bestwishes.net sent me an email that my package was shipped via UPS, as Bestwishes.net had charged me for UPS shipping when I placed my order, and even provided a tracking number. However, Bestwishes.net actually shipped via USPS. When I asked for clarification for why Bestwishes.net would have shipped my package USPS and not UPS as the website charged me for UPS shipping and in addition, their own email to me which included a tracking number stated my package was sent UPS, Bestwishes.net responded only that it cost less and did not clarify the cost difference for the UPS shipping cost and USPS shipping cost as Bestwishes.net charged me for UPS shipping. When I inquired as to why Bestwishes.net would have sent me an email that they had shipped UPS, when they actually shipped USPS, just to clarify why I would have been provided inaccurate information, Bestwishes.net would not respond to my email. "

"Your delivery process has been pretty much a joke.
I ordered on 11/19, at which time your email confirmation said we would have delivery in one to two weeks.
Four and a half weeks later we finally received delivery.
Two and a half weeks prior to that, on 12/3, you were asking us to rate how you did.
Not impressed at all.
