"Ordered a couple of single tickets to the same event through several different on-line retailers. This was the only site to not come through. They took my order then called a couple days later to say that they couldn't actually get the ticket i ordered. By this point I could not secure another, so my group ended up 1 ticket short. Had to draw straws to see who got screwed & missed the concert. Definitely not cool. Will never use this site again!!!!!"
