"I receveived order confirmation from the company that said I would be notified when the packaged shipped. That was the only thing that I received until I contacted the company a week later. A shipping notice and tracking number was never sent. If it had been sent, I would have been looking for the package. The company claims that USPS delivered the package, but it was either never delivered or stolen. If the tracking information had been sent, I certainly would have been looking for the delivery on the day it was expected. The company is not responding to this problem.
Addendum: While the company holds fast to its claim that a tracking number was sent, it was not sent until I called on February 20, 2013. I repeat. HAD THE TRACKING NUMBER BEEN SENT IN A TIMELY MANNER, I WOULD HAVE LOOKED FOR THE PACKAGE! AS A RESULT, THE DELIVERY WAS LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE WEATHER FOR 3 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY WAS MADE. I DID NOT REFUSE TO FOLLOW THE TRACKING AS I DID NOT RECEIVE THE NUMBER. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY, THEY WANTED ME TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE TO FIND THE PACKAGE. I FEEL THAT IT IS THE COMPANIES RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE DELIVERY. THE COMPANY ONLY RESPONDED ADEQUATELY AFTER WRITING THIS REVIEW. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AS THERE ARE OTHER PLACES TO PURCHASE THE SAME PRODUCT."
