I have utilized your services, which will be for the third time now; the last two have been amazing. The quality of work and my order was paid and received priority mail.
However, this time around not only was I not notified that my order was going to be late (paid for priority), but it was going to come separately. I utilized the chat and called to be given a bogus tracking. It would read Friday, it did not come, I would check it and it would read "pending".
I should have received my order on June 3rd and did not receive until June 8th, with no communication as to why.

"I ordered a full photo 4' x 6' banner. I had a bunch of questions and each time the customer service agents both on chat and the phone were very friendly and helpful. The photo I had was high resolution but could have been higher for this size photo but it still looked very good. The grommets are strong. I will have to see how the banner holds up in the sun. I am here in New York and did not know the product was shipping from India. The whole process took a week, a few days faster than expected! I was impressed."

"I learned about Best of Signs online and it's always a risk, but I took the chance to order through them. As a graphic designer for over 20 years, I am extremely impressed! The quality is excellent and it arrived sooner than expected. It was very easy to design a large banner online and it came out perfectly. The colors, dimensions, etc all were much better than I anticipated. It was such an easy process.
