"Worst place ever.
I purchased 100 SDX3 tapes from them in January.
I finally gave up trying to get all my tapes after they have been paid in full.
I received 20 tapes in total.
They would send 5 one time then one time 10 then another 5.
Big rip-off do not do business with these unreliable snakes.
It is now March 28, and I am going to try to get my money back.
If you do any business with them you are taking a big risk don’t do it.
Thanks you’ve been forewarned.

"This company should be avoided at all costs. If I had seen the existing reviews on this site prior to placing an order with them on 15th Feb 2012, I never would have done so.This company were more than responsive when I was enquiring about product availability of 850 zip disks and confirmed that they would ship within 2-3days. They have my VISA Payment for over 2 weeks with zero movement on the goods to our shipping address. When I informed them that I would be reversing the payment, they gave me a UPS number which, 5 days later, has not been picked up by UPS and they have no record of it. This company is to be avoided and gives on-line companies a bad name which is unfortunate when there are so many honourable reputable companies trying to trade correctly."

"I ordered 60 LTO tapes from this company. I received an e-mail stating that they charged my credit card $1110.34 and that the order would ship in 2-3 days. A week went by....I called the company and was told that my order was shipping that day. The next day, I received a package with 3 tapes. I called the company to ask them where the other 57 tapes were. They said there were two packages and that the other package would get to me the next day. Another week later, I finally received a package AFTER contacting the company again via e-mail to request status. I was sent a shipping confirmation. I told the salesperson to just cancel my order and not ship out the items. The next day I received a package with 10 tapes. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges based on not receiving the items I ordered. A month after the original order, the company charged my credit card AGAIN for $1110.34. When I insisted that the charge was an error, they admitted that it was. I asked them to refund both charges (I had already returned the 13 tapes delivered (out of 60 ordered)). This time, I was sent an e-mail with a PDF document showing a credit. I reminded them that they had charged me twice for items I never received. I received another PDF document via e-mail with a credit. HOWEVER, they still have not refunded the charges to my credit card. I have had to have the credit card company block them from charging me because they had set up a recurring monthly charge to my account!

THESE ARE THE BIGGEST CROOKS ONLINE. BEWARE.

In response to THEIR response. I have received NO refund from these guys...only PDFs that claim a credit. They absolutely did charge my credit card twice and I have the e-mails from them where they admit they did so.

Product was never delivered. Refund was not given for purchase and credit card was charged AGAIN for the purchase one month after original charge. STOP LYING.

"I placed a order online 2 weeks ago. Their web page showed that they had a lot of the item in stock. Their web page talked about their quick service. After 3 unanswered emails to them (checking on where my order was) they cancelled my order. No explaination, no reply to any of my emails. The only way I knew it was cancelled was by following the link in the original order confirmation back to their web page. There was a single line of text at the top of the web page saying it... I would have saved myself a lot of time by just going to Staples or Best Buy... How are they going to explain this?"

"I recently ordered two back-up tapes for our office server. I will not order from this company again! I chose 2-day air am delivery and ordered before 12 noon on Wednesday as I needed the tapes Friday. When I went to track the package, the delivery date was the following Wednesday. I called customer service and was told that the shipment was accidentally entered as ground service. I was then told that I could expect my shipment on Monday (not 2-day). I tried to explain that by choosing and paying extra for 2-day air am delivery, I should be guaranteed delivery on Friday. The customer service manager told me that their business doesn't guarantee same day processing (according to their website, they do, on all orders placed before noon)besides, it was the holidays and they were short staffed (really?). After much back and forth, and many calls on my part (they never returned my call as promised) the company agreed to overnight my shipment so that I would receive it Friday. As my problem was resolved (after much aggravation and effort) this alone would not make my condemn this website. What put me over the edge was that when the package arrived, I saw that they substituted the brand of tape with out notifying me! I ordered HP tapes, that is not what arrived. The discount is not worth it..."

"These people don't seem to know what they are doing. I placed an order on line which I paid for by credit card. They sent me a confirmation of the order including the credit card as payment. The confirmation said my item will be shipped in 2-3 days. After four days, I get an e-mail from a "No Reply" mailbox saying I must use Google Checkout. I immediately sent an e-mail to their "customer service" mailbox. I explained that I won't use Google Checkout, and they already have my credit card information. Eight days later having heard nothing and received nothing, I called the customer service number. After about 8 rings, I get a voice mail, telling me to leave my name and number. Later in the day, someone calls and tells me someone should have got back to me, but hadn't done so. I explain that I cannot commit to the Google Checkout terms of Service for my employer, which is why I am using the company credit card. He answers that he will process my order manually and it will be shipped shortly. Fifteen minutes later, I get this message. "We are very sorry but we had to cancel this order. We are only processing with Google check right now but we will have other methods of payment later thank you." I have spent 12 days screwing around with them, only to have them cancel my order. Never again. Don't waste your time or money here."
