"i got bounced around at checkout three times i had to go through the process . it kept prompting me to contact customer service ,i did that and received a curt response from someone identifying himself as cory . i then explained to cory what had happened and that being polite is important if you want return customers . cory then replied he was busy ,and didn't have 3 seconds to be civil ,and to have a WONDERFULL evening . maybe someone should explain to cory that when you type in all capital letters that's shouting . i then replied to cory asking if he was 12 years old because that's how children behave . other than that, your site was easy to use, price was good . but i probably won't shop your site agin . cory was rude to me . if he would have typed (i'm sorry) instead of WONDERFULL . i would have come back . i was a commission sales person with sears for 31 years . it's a global economy now . there's so many choices good and bad ,and your bad choice was cory .."
