We uploaded our logo, gave the names and their positions and clicked the button. I received an email stating they had our order and about a week later - our Name Badges came in the mail. "Anyone who has coordinated a special event knows that professional name badges is an important component. Upon learning that the badges were sent to the wrong address, I called the company.
Neither Izzy, the "service rep" who I worked with (and received my request in writing with the correct address), nor her manager "Sam" offered an apology at any time. Initially they offered to refund the shipping. The name badges. now in Chicago are of no use to me as the event is in New York City in 5 hours. After speaking with Sam he offered to "consider" refunding the full charges once they received the badges back from me. The badges are now in our headquarters office which is not where I work. It will be my responsibility to go to that location, track down the package and then pay to have it shipped back. Sam threatened to sue me if the badges were not returned and we declined payment. This is "Best Name Badge" customer service! I am shocked at their cavalier attitude."
"This was a terrible experience. The first order we received was someone else's order, so I called to get our correct order and found out it was never even produced. I'm told I will have the correct ones by tomorrow. After about 5 business days I finally call and find out that they STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PRODUCED. I finally just got them 3 weeks after ordering. We did not even have them for the event I'd ordered them for. "

"Very satisfied with my experience. Randy was my customer service representative and he was very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable.
I needed my order rushed, and they seemed to have no issues with this request. I placed my order on a Friday, and they managed to deliver Saturday. I did have to cover the FedEx Saturday delivery as an extra cost, but that's not a surprise. Otherwise they had no rush fees at all.
The quality of the badges were top notch.

Website brags 1-day production and when I called customer service to verify shipment THREE DAYS LATER, my order had not even be produced!
In a panic, I called right away and an apathetic customer service representative notified me that it is on average SEVEN business days for production. What happened to one day production?
Proofs were approved on 7/3 and the order did not ship until 7/10. Badges were guaranteed by my representative to arrive by 7/11 so I opted not to add expedited shipping. Great advice.
My order is now late and would still be waiting in queue if I had not called numerous times to babysit the vendor.
Moral of the story: IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH, DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR."
"What drew me to this site was the ability to expedite orders. We were having an extremely important event for our office and realized that there had been some name and position changes on our current badges.
Ordering was easy. I expressed my NEED to have them on a certain day and paid two day expedited shipping. I called the day before I needed them to check on the order, found that they had not been shipped and offered to pay for overnight shipping. I was told I would be invoiced for the difference and that the badges would be shipped.
When our FedEx delivery was made without the badges, I called to check the status. There was a $5 difference in cost, which I was never sent a message about, and the badges didn't ship because of it. No email, no call, just no delivery. Now, I am leaving to my event without nametags.
I was given a refund. I cannot attest to the quality of the product because I never received them. All I can say is that I would not recommend using this company if you truly need something in a hurry."
