I ordered it late Tuesday night and it arrived Friday afternoon. The hair is very soft and has not tangled. I have not noticed any shedding. I recommend that you trim the ends because they are initially dry and split. Before installing I did condition the hair with Moroccan Argan oil by Organix (blue bottle). "This is my first ordering from this company. I must say I am very please. I ordered 24,26, & 28. Bundles of course will not be as thick as shorter lengths but is very true to length. Hair is soft, had small smell. But it is normal. Once washed, it doesn't really loose it's wave pattern., just a bit looser wave. Hair curls extremely well. Lisa has awesome communication, she sent me messages after confirmation of payment and shipment. Even after shipment! Thank you."

"This hair is great!I received this hair super quick, it felt nice. It did have a smell like from the shipping but after a fee conditioners it got better its not that bad. I have had it in for three weeks and so far so good, the 1B was actually really black but it is okay. Overall i love it and it isn't super shiny and it is still smooth.
