"The antlers that I received were old and white, and splintered and chipped when I gave one to my dog (lack of splintering is the appeal of these expensive antlers!). The customer service that I received when attempting to contact them regarding this issue was poor. No one ever apologized for the poor quality of the products, the slow response of a customer service rep, or for the inconvenience. I had to contact them multiple times prior to receiving the return information. Still waiting for my refund for the bones that I returned. Unhappy and will not use this business again."
